As well as in house capability OPEC has long term partnerships with several other companies and can offer assistance in the following:

- Oil industry services and oil field services. Tank cleaning, oily sludge recycling, lagoon clearing
- Bio Remediation
- Waste oil treatment plant
- Chiller utility plant using waste steam powered ‘jet refrigeration’ technology
- Instrumentation and automation in water treatment
